Frying Pan Day

Frying Pan, as in the Farm, not the cooking device. :) We heard there would be babies at the local farm, so Diana and I took the kids to see them and run off some energy before dinner and bed. Olivia was fascinated by the animals and could have stared at each one for hours. It was her first time really acknowledging live animals and got really excited when they moved or made a little noise. Collin, on the other hand, just wanted to play run and chase with best bud, Johanna. Those two are attached at the hip! The farm scenery was a nice touch, but it was secondary. A five-second glance at each animal was enough to satisfy them. (Although, Collin did stop to pet a goat who was sneaking a taste of grass under the fence. The girls stood back and watched, letting him be at risk for getting nipped. Smart.)

And unrelated to the farm, I wanted to post some giggling kiddos from their spaghetti and meatballs lunch today. They were in rare form. Please excuse the dishes on the counter. I promise I got to them later! Haha.
